Hariz Petroleum Ltd. was incorporated under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990 (Laws of Nigeria) with the registration number:

RC398195 since 14th December, 2000.

In line with our vision for ‘effective petroleum products supply’, Hariz Petroleum  applied for and was granted the Independent Marketer status as evidenced by our Storage licence from the Department of Petroleum Resources and our bulk purchase agreement with the Petroleum Products Marketing Company Limited.

Our company headquarters is located at Km2, Enugu Onitsha Express Way, Army Gate, Onitsha, Anambra State.

Unlike other Oil & Gas firms,  we engage a unique blend of technical and non-technical staff focusing on engineers with operations experience within a distribution network as well as well versed marketing executives.

Our reputation with the Pipelines Products and Marketing Company Limited (a subsidiary on NNPC) made it possible for us to become Independent Marketers.

We operate in Asaba, Abuja,  Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Delta, Plateau State.
